As COO, I strived to achieve our company vision at Vragments on a day-to-day basis. I implemented strategies and plans to effectively direct our resources to product development, projects and R&D. I also managed Vragments H2020 activities on a project and partnership level.

Led product development for Fader - a web-based platform for creating and publishing interactive 360° video stories.

With Fader you can build and publish your own 360 video story. Add photos and videos to scenes, enhance your story with sound, text or interactive hotspots. Present your favorite place, tell your story or create interactive multimedia stories with panoramic view.

• Defined product vision and roadmap for the Fader platform
• Led UX/UI design and feature prioritization
• Managed development sprints using agile methodologies

Note Fader has been discontinued as a live service as of 2025. During its lifetime, it proved to be valuable for many journalists, media companies and especially Universities. Here are some shared success stories:

Co-founded Vragments, a Berlin-based Virtual Reality Studio focusing on developing interactive 3D products for the emerging VR medium.

We explored possibilities, pushed boundaries and helped clients convert their ideas into feasible VR projects. This foundational period led to the formal incorporation of Vragments GmbH in 2017.

Research Fellow for the DFG-funded project “Academic Enterprise Cloud” (AEC).

Worked on cloud computing solutions for academic and research environments, focusing on distributed systems and enterprise architecture for scientific applications.

Systems Engineer and Counselor within PROTECTS project for the German-Indonesian Tsunami Early Warning System (GITEWS).
